Eligibility Requirements

  • Applicant must be a party to an enforcement case, their legal representative, or holder of a valid Power of Attorney.
  • Case must be active with ongoing enforcement proceedings under UAE jurisdiction.
  • Valid case number and identification (Emirates ID or passport) provided.
  • Use Case: Temporarily halts enforcement actions (e.g., seizures) due to disputes or financial hardship in Abu Dhabi.
