Request for Partnership Contract Authentication (طلب تصديق عقد شراكة)

We facilitate the official authentication (notarization) of Partnership Contracts, such as Memorandums of Association (MOA) for LLCs or Civil Company agreements, before the UAE Notary Public, a crucial step for legal validity and company registration.

How It Works

Contract Review:

Ensuring the Partnership Contract / MOA is correctly drafted, includes all necessary clauses required by law (e.g., partner details, shares, objectives, management), and complies with UAE Commercial Companies Law or Civil Code.

Prepare for Notarization:

Coordinating all partners/shareholders, ensuring they have required IDs, arranging appointments with the Notary Public, having translations ready if needed. Cover broader corporate types/meetings from new CSV (e.g., sole proprietorship, general/simple limited partnerships, LLCs, public/private joint-stock, meetings/minutes, board resolutions—facilitated through official channels)

Notary Public Visit (or E-Notary):

Accompanying all signing partners to the Notary Public or guiding through the e-notary process for collective signing and official stamping/sealing of the contract.

Document Handover:

Providing the officially authenticated contract to the client for subsequent steps (e.g., license issuance).
