How It Works

Document Collection:

Gather the final, executable court ruling, Emirates ID/passport copies (or commercial licenses) for both parties (if available), and a Power of Attorney (if applicable). Ensure documents are in Arabic or translated.

Service Registration:

We guide you through filing the execution file with the relevant Enforcement Court. Include all types/legacy cases (e.g., before 2012, for individuals/corporations through official channels).

Legal Guidance:

Our team follows up on enforcement procedures and supports you throughout the process to ensure execution.

Service Fee

Our service starts at AED 175, excluding government charges.

  • Must possess a final and executable judicial ruling from a competent court.

  • Power of Attorney (if applicable)
  • Arabic translation of documents
