Request for Declaration Authentication (طلب تصديق إقرار)

We assist in the process of authenticating formal Declarations (e.g., Declaration of Income, No Objection Declaration, Affidavit) before the UAE Notary Public or other relevant authorities, making them legally valid official statements.

How It Works

Document Review:

Checking the drafted Declaration for clarity, accuracy, and compliance with requirements for notarization/authentication. Include general types from new CSV (e.g., debt acknowledgement, receipt, waiver, monthly income, travel NOC, movable property ownership—prepared for submission).”

Prepare for Notarization:

Ensuring the declarant has required ID, scheduling Notary appointments if needed, ensuring translations are ready.

Notary Public Visit (or E-Notary):

Accompanying the declarant to the Notary Public or guiding through e-notary processes for signing and official stamping.

Further Attestations (If Required):

Managing subsequent attestations (e.g., MOJ, MOFA) if the Declaration is needed for specific official or international purposes.

Service Fee

Our service starts at AED 175, excluding government charges.
