Eligibility Requirements

  • Applicant must be a party to an enforcement case with payment obligations, their legal representative, or holder of a valid Power of Attorney.
  • Case must be active with enforceable payment orders under UAE jurisdiction.
  • Valid case number and identification (Emirates ID or passport) provided.
  • Use Case: Requests installment plans for court-ordered payments in Abu Dhabi enforcement cases.
