Eligibility Requirements

  • Applicant must be a landlord or tenant with an enforceable rental judgment, their legal representative, or holder of a valid Power of Attorney.
  • Rental judgment must be enforceable within 30 days under UAE jurisdiction (per Federal Law No. 42 of 2022).
  • Valid case number and identification (Emirates ID or passport) provided.
  • Use Case: Enforces rental judgments for unpaid rent or lease violations in Abu Dhabi courts.
