Register a Labor Lawsuit

We assist employees and employers in formally registering a labor lawsuit with the competent Labor Court, typically after attempting amicable settlement via MOHRE.

How It Works

Initial Settlement Attempt (Pre-requisite)

Confirm that a labor complaint was filed with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) and amicable settlement was attempted.

Referral Letter

Obtain the official referral letter from MOHRE if the dispute was not resolved within the stipulated timeframe (usually 14 days).

Document Collection

Gather your Emirates ID/passport copy, employment contract, visa/work permit copy, MOHRE referral letter, and copies of supporting documents (salary slips, termination letter, medical reports, etc.). Ensure documents are in Arabic or legally translated.
