Eligibility Requirements

  • Applicant must be a party to a reconciliation agreement, their legal representative, or holder of a valid Power of Attorney.
  • Reconciliation agreement must be court-approved and enforceable under UAE jurisdiction.
  • Valid case number and identification (Emirates ID or passport) provided.
  • Use Case: Enforces court-approved settlement agreements in Abu Dhabi courts.
