Power of Attorney Authentication

We manage the process of authenticating Powers of Attorney (POA) through the official channels in the UAE (e.g., Notary Public, relevant courts), ensuring the POA is legally recognized and valid for use within the UAE. We cover create & authentication for general/special types (e.g., property, business, shares, vehicles, equestrian, litigation, inheritance, personal, marriage, divorce—facilitated through official channels)

How It Works

Type Selection:

Choose general or special POA (e.g., list sub-types like vehicles, litigation for customized preparation).

Document Review:

Reviewing the drafted Power of Attorney to ensure it meets the requirements for authentication by UAE authorities (clarity, specific powers granted, correct parties identified).

Prepare for Notarization:

Ensuring principal(s) have necessary ID, arranging appointments with the Notary Public if required, and ensuring any required translations are ready.

Notary Public Visit (or E-Notary):

Accompanying the principal(s) to the Notary Public or guiding them through the e-notary process for signing and official stamping/sealing.

Payment Facilitation:

Assisting with the online payment of any associated government fees through the portal’s payment gateway.

Further Attestations (If Required):

If the POA needs further attestation (e.g., by Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Foreign Affairs for international use), managing these subsequent steps.
