How It Works

Document Collection

Draft the Power of Attorney clearly defining the scope of powers, and gather valid identification (Emirates ID/passport) for both the principal (grantor) and the attorney (recipient).

Service Registration:

We help schedule an appointment with a Notary Public and facilitate the acknowledgment process, which typically requires the principal’s physical presence.

Legal Support

Our team reviews the draft POA for compliance and ensures the acknowledgment process meets all legal standards.

Service Fee

Our service starts at AED 175, excluding government charges.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must have valid identification for both the principal and the attorney.
  • The principal must typically be present for acknowledgment.

  • Valid Emirates ID/passport copies for both the principal and the attorney
