Name change: Valid reason (e.g., marriage/conversion); no criminal implications.
Islam conversion: Sincere intent, basic knowledge quiz at judicial department.
Housing/income: Proof of UAE residency.
NOCs: Clear relation to personal matters (e.g., child travel).
