Eligibility Requirements

  • Applicant must be a party to a labor dispute with a Ministry decision, their legal representative, or holder of a valid Power of Attorney.
  • Ministry decision must be enforceable under UAE jurisdiction (per Federal Law No. 42 of 2022).
  • Valid case number and identification (Emirates ID or passport) provided.
  • Use Case: Enforces Ministry of Human Resources decisions for labor disputes in Abu Dhabi courts.
