Eligibility Requirements

  • You must be a party to the marriage or divorce, or an authorized representative.
  • Valid UAE residency or citizenship required for processing.
  • No ongoing disputes related to the declaration; otherwise, additional approvals may be needed.

  • Original marriage or divorce certificate (or proof of loss for replacements).
  • Emirates ID or passport copies for all relevant parties.
