Eligibility Requirements

  • Applicant must be a party to a civil or commercial dispute or their legal representative.
  • Dispute must be eligible for alternative dispute resolution under UAE jurisdiction.
  • Valid identification (Emirates ID or passport) provided.
  • Use Case: Initiates mediation for civil or commercial disputes in Abu Dhabi.

  • Emirates ID or passport copy.
  • Dispute details (e.g., written statement of the dispute).
  • Power of Attorney (if applicable).
  • Supporting evidence for the dispute (e.g., contracts, correspondence).
