Align with ADJD inventory filing notes if needed (e.g., add inheritors notification reference for complete processing).

Service Fee

Our service starts at AED 175, excluding government charges.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be a confirmed legal heir of the deceased according to applicable laws.

Required Documents

  • Original death certificate of the deceased
  • Copy of the deceased’s Emirates ID or passport
  • Marriage certificate of the deceased (if applicable)
  • Copies of Emirates IDs or passports of all legal heirs
  • List of all known assets with supporting documents (deeds, bank statements, etc.)
  • Will of the deceased (if one exists)
  • Family book or proof of relationship

  • Details of debts or liabilities of the deceased.
