Electronic Registration

We facilitate the electronic registration of various applications and documents through official UAE government online portals (e.g., Economic Department, MOHRE, Courts e-systems), ensuring correct submission according to portal requirements.

How It Works

Define Registration Task:

Identifying the specific application or document that needs electronic registration and the relevant government portal.

Document Preparation & Check:

Ensuring all required documents are complete, correctly formatted (e.g., PDF), and translated if necessary, as per the portal’s specifications.

Online Submission:

Navigating the government portal, accurately entering all required data, uploading necessary documents, and submitting the application electronically on behalf of the client (or guiding the client through it).

Payment Facilitation:

Assisting with the online payment of any associated government fees through the portal’s payment gateway.

Submission Confirmation:

Providing the client with proof of electronic submission (e.g., transaction number, submission receipt).

Service Fee

Our service starts at AED 175, excluding government charges.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must meet the specific eligibility criteria for the application being submitted. Must have required user access/credentials for the portal if submitting under client's profile.

Required Documents

  • All documents required by the specific government entity/portal for the application (e.g., trade license copy, Emirates IDs, contract copies, etc.).
  • Client’s login credentials for the relevant portal (if required/authorized).
  • Means for paying government fees (e.g., credit card details, pre-funded account).

Additional Supporting Documents (If Available)

  • Any reference numbers related to prior steps or applications.

Additional Services

Application Follow-up:

Monitoring the status of the submitted application online.

Document Upload Only:

Service limited to uploading pre-prepared documents to a portal.
