Eligibility Requirements

  • Applicant must be a litigant, their lawyer, or holder of a valid Power of Attorney.
  • Case must be active under UAE jurisdiction.
  • Valid case number and identification (Emirates ID or passport) provided.
  • Use Case: Used to submit legal arguments or evidence (e.g., defense memoranda) in Abu Dhabi court cases.
