Eligibility Requirements

  • Applicant must be a party to the criminal case, their legal representative, or holder of a valid Power of Attorney.
  • Most copies are available for judgments issued within two years; older requests may require additional review.
  • Valid case number and identification (Emirates ID or passport) provided.
  • Use Case: Obtains certified judgment copies for appeals or legal records in Abu Dhabi courts.
