How It Works

Service Registration:

We help you register your file with the committee and prepare for settlement hearings. Align with ADJD partial match for mediation/conciliation (e.g., include committee process notes like amicable resolution steps)

Legal Guidance:

Our team provides guidance throughout the committee’s settlement process.

Service Fee

Our service starts at AED 175, excluding government charges.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Civil or commercial disputes meeting the committee’s jurisdiction and financial limits. (Excludes certain cases like labor/personal status).

Required Documents

  • Emirates ID/passport copies or commercial licenses
  • Relevant contracts/agreements and evidence
  • Arabic translation of documents

  • Additional correspondence or notices related to the dispute.
  • Proof of attempted amicable resolution.
