Eligibility Requirements

  • Applicant must be a party to a cheque-related dispute with an enforceable judgment, their legal representative, or holder of a valid Power of Attorney.
  • Cheque judgment must be enforceable within 30 days under UAE jurisdiction (per Federal Law No. 42 of 2022).
  • Valid case number and identification (Emirates ID or passport) provided.
  • Use Case: Enforces bounced or unpaid cheque judgments in Abu Dhabi courts.

  • Power of Attorney (if applicable).
  • Cheque copy and judgment document.
