Appeal Registration (Law 318)

We assist in filing an appeal against a Court of First Instance judgment within the legally mandated timeframe.

How It Works

Document Collection:

Gather the judgment being appealed, the statement of claim from the initial case, clear grounds for appeal, Emirates ID/passport (or commercial license) copies, and Power of Attorney (if applicable). Ensure documents are in Arabic or legally translated.

Service Registration:

We help you prepare the appeal memorandum and electronically register your appeal with the competent Court of Appeal before the deadline, updating for all appeal types (e.g., commercial, civil, labor, family, criminal, rental, administrative).

Legal Guidance:

Our team provides ongoing support, including preparation for hearings and procedural guidance throughout the appeal process.

Our service starts at AED 175, excluding government charges.
