Legal Notice / Warning

We assist individuals and businesses in drafting and issuing formal legal warnings or notices within the UAE, ensuring compliance with legal requirements for official communication and potential future litigation. We emphasize drafting and filing support through official channels for civil, commercial, or landlord notices.

How It Works

Consultation & Fact Gathering:

Understanding the dispute details, the recipient, the specific demands or warnings to be conveyed, and the legal basis.

Drafting the Notice:

Preparing the legal notice in Arabic (or bilingual if appropriate), clearly stating the issue, demands, deadline for response/action, and consequences of non-compliance, adhering to UAE legal standards.

Review & Approval:

Client review and approval of the draft notice.

Formal Issuance:

Arranging for the notice to be issued through official channels as required (e.g., via Notary Public, registered mail/courier with acknowledgment receipt) to ensure proof of delivery.
